    yh i havent fapped in 12 days. its been 4 days since I smoked weed (planning to take a full 2 weeks off) and doing cold showers every morning, meditating every day, no junk AND making sure to excercise daily.

    Lets just say throughout the day i be just laughing at the littlest random s***

    I did this 2 months without really knowing but the video confirmed that Dopamine detox was legit. A week into lock down started all I was doing was smoking weed, listening to music, playing games, fapping 3x a week( i been limiting p*** fapping on/off for 1 year now, i was a daily masturbator like most) ordering pizza and other junk. Let me tell you.. s*** was MAAAAD fun initially.

    Unfortunately, like i said its all i was doing so same "quantities" stopped working to satisfy me like before. More so my weed and fapping regularly made me lose interest doing other s*** and i noticed its ALL my brain wanted to do. As it requires no effort and the euphoria each bring especially combined can be otherworldy

    Thus its easy to get addicted to all that s***. However, I've learned my lesson and when i do smoke again, im done being a daily smoker and will 100% continue to take these dopamine breaks when needed. Its hard at first limiting what you love doing but several days into it and you'll notice how the brain/body enjoys all the simple s***. You feel free from all that external stuff

    Each day i look forward to my excercising, meditation and cold shower. Little things make me laugh and my mood is so consistently good throughout the day. Its crazy but think about it though kids dont take no d****, ejaculate or do most of the s*** adults to BE happy and life is fun to em and things are always amusing to em

    Tl;dr challenging but it works, glad that vid came in time to confirm my suspicions. I know 9/10 aint gonna commit to it but heres for the 1/10 reading that are inspired and are all about self improvement and long term wellbeing
