I’ve done no internet for a month, it helped me clear my mind a bit. Especially when you realize how easy it is to waste long periods of time on bullshit online. Look at it less like a scientific process and more like a test of discipline
It's kinda impossible considering that you release dopamine when you eat, but the limiting unnecessary high dopamine activities is much better imo.
