He was wrong about Asian hate being only a “1 year thing”. They’ve got a deep history within America of being oppressed.
He is specifically talking about the bill that is addressing hate spread during covid which has been a year
Keep up
where's the anti-asian policing bill?
this current bill doesn't address the unfair policing that asian s***workers have gone through for decades lmfao.
This is the type of white people on this site
Yep, black people jump in the way for other groups, fight for other groups when HISTORICALLY (last summer be damned) none of these other groups have done the same.
These people took the battle fought by black folk and used us a stepping ladder while we remain at the bottom of literally every metric.
Niggas got to learn it’s not everybody vs white folk. It’s everybody vs us.
Soon as black people get this in their mind and stop running around like a bunch of minstrel coons we will be able to build
it’s worse seeing this s*** on tiktok too
people will see a vid of a black person attacking an Asian then hundreds of comments will say “i’m ripping up my BLM poster, BLM are silent. blacks are the most racist”
so many racist non white people pretending to be for us but the moment they see someone acting out they act different different
Chauvin trial got more attention than any asian or trans issue ever bro wym
Black lives matter is still center stage and completely overshadows all other movements
Did you hear about the elderly asian man who was collecting cans and got stomped into a coma and probably wont make it? Happened just a couple days ago. Probably not
What laws has passed to change anything for black people
We suppose to be happy cause a cop who EVERYBODY SAW murder an unarmed black man got convicted???

what law do you want passed?
this isn't about laws anyways. this is for people (like dr. umar) who say dumb s*** like asian and LBGT movements detract from african american movements
that isn't true at all and only creates more us vs them mentality within the country
Eh, not a fan of the whole “helping other groups is a distraction” narrative. Think that’s one of the reasons why I’ve never been a huge fan of Umar
that and the sexism/heterosexism
What is heterosexism?

You clearly didn't watch this interview and just clicked on this thread with absolutely no knowledge
Im not interested in furthering the convo
This isnt about laws?
The fatal flaw with the "black separatist" (fascist-aligned) ideologies that modern NOI/Tariq Nasheed/Umar/Garvey, etc. propose is that it isn't based on actual material a***ysis/dialectical materialism/anti-capitalism which are things based in reality, it's based off of blind hatred for other groups that's counter-productive and actually supports white supremacy, for example, NOI and some chapters of the NBPP have gotten along with Neo-Nazis and KKK chapters because they share the same goals and rhetoric (anti-semitism, anti-racemixing, proponents of "pure genes/bloodline" theories, anti-LGBTQ, etc) . White racists will use examples of these individuals to discredit the civil rights movements/BLM. That video that just came out today was being used by alt-righters/conservative figures to get at black people, as well.
I really hate these narratives that are taking shape again because it's honestly counter-productive and dangerous, and I hate seeing this s*** get pushed because it helps no one.
They do say good stuff sometimes, but even a broken clock is right twice a day.
I know people ITT will call me "anti-black" or "racist cac" in bad faith for saying this, but I know I'm not really wrong.
@insertcoolnamehere is absolutely right in his criticisms.

Not saying that at all.
What I was trying to say is that they can recognize the issues but the solutions are flawed, to say the least and are absolutely ludicrous (ethnostatism)
People like Malcolm X (which is why Farrakhan had him killed), Fred Hampton, Angela Davis recognized the issues as well and they responded to it with a basis in reality, in regards to the system, rather than spitting zealous bigoted false bullshit.
