Dragonball fighterZ was just a poorly made fighting game.

Think i hit a glitched side mission.

Mission title was "???" It told me to catch a golden catfish, and when the objective changed it just said "not set"... Looked at my map, backed out and it was gone.

These boss fights/cutscenes pale in comparison to what cc2’s done in the past with naruto. It honestly feels like they didn’t have much time to get this done.Things like replaying boss fights(that offer literal letter grades at the end) should be a no brainer. Things like the final flash vs cell, ultimate trunks, trunks vs the androids,over 9000 etc being left out is pretty shocking especially when this was advertised as a “love letter” to dbz. I honestly can’t say I’m surprised they used the “rpg” element as a medium to pad the game out with a bunch of bs no one gives a f*** about(goku portable tail fishing? Cmon man). Its still fun and the highs (vegito vs buu, majin vegeta vs buu) are pretty damn high but this s*** is too inconsistent and was probably rushed out the door.

Cc2 also has way more parts in this game than a storm story mode

Ngl I’m trying to level up my lvl 49 piccolo in post game and my lvl 77 Goku is completely carrying me my ki blast do jack s*** to enemies 60+ (literally 1 damage) so I have to rely on melee. This must be how Piccolo feels in the actual anime

All I do with the dragon balls are get more rare items. Got 60k+ of each orb and bare zenie and just entered the android saga

This game really captures what it feels like to go Super Saiyan just wish I got to fight Freza a few more times since the arc is long as s*** but it felt rushed once Goku pulled up

Over 9000 wasn't left out. That was a dubbing error was never even mentioned again in any format aside from the ancient orange brick DVDs. It was actually in the game but Vegeta say over 5000. Grade 3 SSJ Trunks isn't a winning scenario and because they didn't make it so we play as the villain it wouldn't flow well with the story beating perfect cell only to see you knocked down on the ground. How the hell is it too inconsistent lol. Actually the side missions have some pretty interesting stuff. Like the mission on namek with the kid that survived being killed by Frieza or the funny Ghost Yamacha one.

No you're wrong because you didn't even properly say how to use the community board. You just said place them on a board and there are a few pairs when in fact it's more than a few pairs. The other boards are useless early game because you don't need cooking, adding to attack and HP is useless, having extra items after battles is useless. King Kai board boost EXP and defense. That was my tip to everyone who was saying it was hard grinding. You took that and tried to say that's boring and it'll make people lose interest when in fact in was put in there so people don't have to grind.

No its a great fighter. Just not a good Dragon Ball game.
