Add KTT2 to the lawsuit and tell them you’ll drop them from the suit if they shut down the Drake section.

It just doesn’t feel right claiming they made money as much as that can be argued. Directly out of everything parodied how much in reality did a fake magazine really impact the sales of the album? I can say hardly at all if none cause people were checking it out regardless. It’s 50/50 to me at least but wtf do I know

It’s not about people listening because of Vogue, it’s about people relating the use of Vogue to the album in a non-parody manner, which is what is being highlighted in the KTT screenshots

Before you know it, your brand is unprotected and you miss out on a LOT more money than what you anticipated. Protecting branding is something that should be proactive and unapologetic in the business world

As true as that is I feel like it literally is separated because it is Drake. It could be argued that people are gonna inquire about Vouge more and look into it bringing attention to them. Double edged sword in my eyes and that’s why I think this will get thrown out or just settled. No way they walk away with the 4 mill or whatever it was they want.
