trey anastasioand excuse the cringe of a triple post but just imagine being so egoistical about your cancellation that you don’t even give your fans a proper apology?
as others have mentioned it’s kind of a big f***ing deal for drake to just postpone these shows 1-2 weeks before they happen. what about people with jobs who require advanced notice for vacation and can’t just change to their schedule like that? what about people with non refundable flights and hotel rooms?
100% facts. I understand wanting to start the tour with the new album already out, but pushing back the first two dates a week out (without even officially announcing it himself) and postponing them to months down the line is a really s***ty thing to do

Jun 25, 2023trey anastasioliterally booked a whole trip from LA to São Paulo for that performance. doesn’t help that Lolla’s ticketing agency in Brazil hasn’t said a word on refunds (which were promised) and there’s literally no way to get support. It was nice watching IG stories of Drake clubbing in Rio get posted while i sat in my hotel room tho.
Give me one reason why these rappers are constantly cancelling/rescheduling/showing up late to performances that isn’t one about money or inconvenience for the artist?

21 Savage is a terrible performer who'll drag down the overall quality of the tour. Drake should have had him on as an opener/special guest, not as a co-headliner because he's in no way worthy of that title. I bet his set lasts less than 45 minutes per night anyways.

Seen him once, some years ago in Philly and the energy he brought was so whack. Just kinda stood around awkwardly and paced. Made me think different of him as a performer, but hopefully he's changed a bit since then.
