This guy has been teasing CLB for a year now, a single+video is pretry much unnecessary. Look at how Kanye made waves without speaking a single word. Drake can easily post the date and cover two days before and send the whole world into a frenzy.

Idk what your point is here. MDM did 100k streaming units, AH with allllll that hype + huge singles did 169k. Lil Baby & Lil Durk just did 169k with a collab tape...
After Hours definitely isn't The Weeknd's biggest album ever, Starboy sold more units and BBTM absolutely destroyed it in units sold. The only thing AH had was 1 huge song
200k is a good guess if you assume it'll do same streaming units (tho hard without a big single again) and assume he'll do same pure as Ariana Grande/Justin Bieber (they just did 30k and 40k).
