Kanye clearly didn’t give a s*** about approval from other people back during the Yeezus and TLOP era. But after f***ing up his friendship with Drake, Kanye has been making music trying to portray himself sympathetically and grovel for approval from everyone.

Look at how Drizzy can win people over with no issues. Even after Adidon, Drizzy bounced back and won everyone over with Scorpion without breaking a sweat. Same with Views/More Life. Views had lukewarm reception but More Life won everyone back.

Kanye wants that. Now he’s making music trying to recreate the captivating force Drake’s music has. Drake can easily charm everyone and tell his side of the story and people love him. Drizzy completely changed how Kanye functions nowadays.

I don’t think Ye has a dropped a superior album to drake as far as quality since pre-2013. If you think Yeezus, TLOP, Ye, JIK are better than NWTS, VIEWS, MORE LIFE, IYRTITL, SCORPION. Then I dont want you on the aux lmao
