I just want a traditional Drake album. It's been two years since CLB which was one of Drake's weaker projects and 5 years since Scorpion. Drake really needs to come with a solid solo album that will sell insane numbers and be received well unanimously. A solo R&B album will turn off a lot of people from the project, it won't sell as much and it probably won't have any traditional hits on it. We need a solid Drake album that has R&B and Rap in a balanced manner exactly like Take Care and NWTS

the fact it was announced as an album made with the book I'm not expecting it to be like a main blockbuster Drake album with the hits etc. Will be alternative/ side project-ish I'd assume

The snippets barely sounded like R&B tho, and Okay is definitely not R&B. so i think it'l be fine
i think it's pretty clear Drake isn't doing a trad rollout for this tho. Seeing what he says on the opening night of the tour on Wednesday(?) will be very telling. If he doesn't talk about it at all then this is definitely meant to be a surprise drop
