    Also the word that it didn’t disappoint spread pretty fast

    Drake would’ve been close because he’s Drake but Uzi likely would’ve handed him the L

    Ofcourse if Drake started aggressively rolling out the project he could’ve had a punchers chance but why risk it when you can just let the anticipation build and drop later in a week where there is a more certain path to #1.

    #1 albums and singles are good for his brand and kind of reinforces his dominance. The whole world listens to Drake’s albums because when they drop they are the number 1 albums in the world and Drakes albums are #1 albums when the drop because everyone in the world listens to them. It’s like a feedback loop of commercial success. Pretty wild when you think about it.

    Simple really. It didn’t drop yet cuz he’s waiting for everyone’s books to get shipped and delivered. Will it be truly horrifying if this drops this Friday with Taylor ? He knows she’ll have more sales, does it matter tho ? The ppl will listen
