Best move for him right now might be to just drop the album next year. Maybe early next year like around January.
The album seems like a big deal to him based off all the unnecessary hype he's built up for it so he might as well follow through. Have 40 finish working on the album and get the label to start making physicals, finish the tour, shoot some music videos and come up with a decent rollout/release strategy and then kick things off next year.
September-November is already stacked (and for all we know, more people will announce albums set to drop around then). December will be flooded with Christmas music so that's a no go.
If I'm him, I'll shut up with the talks about the album on stage and act like I never said anything and drop the album the right way. Anyone who wants to complain about the delay will still show up whenever it drops so that's not something to worry about and if he really feels like dropping something to make up for the album not dropping, a Scary Hours pack will suffice.
Yeah if this happened I would kill myself

He'll probably ruin the album if he gets to mingle around with it for another couple months. No thanks

Lmao January 😭😭😭😭
Don’t know if this has been posted ITT yet, but I’m believing this account. They were also adamant on September when everyone else was saying it was dropping yesterday.
They reported Justin Bieber & SZA would collab back in July, and now today Bieber was in the Snooze music video and Variety reported that he will be on the remix to Snooze.
Tick Tick Tick
niggas just be talkin
tomorrow is the last best day to drop this
today would have been the best but it’s National Dog Day tomorrow so like why not
anything else is a fumble beyond fumbles

December isn’t the worst month to release. Both Heroes & Villains and SOS released in December 2022 and those are two of the biggest albums of this year

He has 2 bonafide classics, this is a reminder that not everyones opinion should be respected lol
September 23

Surely there's no way this man dropped an album cover 6 weeks before he's planning to drop the album lmao
I don't think iv ever seen a top artist do that. what the f***
No way he drops next year
It could be true but this man said summer bops, 2 weeks, very very very soon, album to go with book.
NO shot he dropped the cover to release over a year later.

I’d probably give it to something in the TC NWTS IYRTITL run personally but I can see the argument that there’s never been an undeniable Blueprint level album. Closest is NWTS and most people will say Take Care but I vividly remember people on rap communities and people like Charlemagne outside of all the jokes earnestly still asking where his Blueprint level album after Take Care had already dropped
I can see how people kinda feel that way even tho you could argue again for TC NWTS IYRTITL
