thegreatdivineHe could have easily announced the album back in June and said he'd drop it at some future date when it's ready. That's what artists usually do.
Drake didn't need to do the whole s*** with capping about making an album to go with the book/lying about it dropping "soon"/in two weeks/etc. All of that was unnecessary because no one ever asked him for an album this year in the first place, especially seeing as how he dropped 2 albums last year.
Or better yet, he could have waited till he knew the album was done and ready and then start the hype train to roll out the album however he sees fit.
Youāre talking all this stuff like theyāre mistakes that will have any repercussions
Apart from frustrating stans it really doesnāt matter and the hype is high as ever

When the time the album drops people will only be talking about the music.
Edit - I get why some people could be frustrated but Iāve been so fed from all the music heās dropped the past 3 years, Iām not fussed itās been delayed this since the initial announcement. Weāll feast soon enough.
