serenadethat was the biggest casualty of the kanye beef. you can tell from the leaks that scorpion was gonna have a lot of care put into the cohesiveness and sonic world of it, and then he scrapped half of it and basically turned it into a mixtape and that's how his albums have all come out since (with the exception of honestly nevermind).
