What if they never heard of the show before the Drake cameo? Having these big names brings more exposure to the show as well

Then they obviously need to be spoon fed things that are common knowledge, Dave isn’t a lowkey show, the reason it has all these big names now is because of how successful it is

What’d you think of the Succession and Barry finales?

Wasn’t a huge fan of the succession finale, maybe I’m too predictable but a suicide from Kendal/Roman or a miscarriage/abortion from shiv woulda hit. I personally liked the Barry ending, they maybe should’ve ended right after he see’s Gene, but his son watching that movie at the end was interesting to me

Oh yeah. Such a fun watch, while also being able to cut deeper at some times. I f***ing love the character development Gata gets especially in the later two seasons.

I actually have an answer from pa on set about that. The drake scene was the last thing the season shot before wrap. Unfortunately drake had a change in schedule and could not make it to la (scene was not filmed in Africa lol) so they filmed the part of lil d***ey in the safari(la) place then Dave flew to where drake was and they green screened the safari(la) scene behind the both of them. Apparently it was cheaper than just waiting for drake to come back and of course kept everything on schedule .
