Drake can even still incorporate the Lover Boy theme in the era if he still wants but having Certified Lover Boy as an album title just ain't it for me lol. I get people who like it though.

Exactly. Keep as is, the title probably wasn’t going to change for January so might as well just keep it.

Also the title change from Views from the 6 to views was a bad move.

It only feels that way to you now and because you're used to calling the album CLB. VFT6 dropped as Views and it caught on quick. If he has indeed changed the album title, the same thing will happen here.

Well, all this back and forth means nothing. We'll just see what he ends up calling the album when it drops lol. I prefer Certified as a title though.

Wasn't he calling VFT6 Views as early as 2015? And then when the album dropped, it indeed dropped as Views?

Eh I don’t think this indicates a VFT6 > Views type move; moreso an affirmation of the album coming type ASSEMBLE for promo of The Avengers

But if this is indeed a VFT6 > Views type move…I don’t think it works as well. Ofc that opinion is purely an ‘on paper’ thing as the cover/rollout etc will make the title work in context. I just think CLB, for all its silliness, is striking and iconic in the way that’s appropriate for a megastar of Drake’s magnitude - especially since it has a nice tongue in cheek self aware flare to it

But regardless…I’m done f***ing WAITING!!!!
