She is spewing utter nonsense. Drake never potrayed himself to be a gangster or whatsoever. As to be expected from KBots fans, her view is inaccurate and attempts to portray Drake as an industry plant of white media conglomerates "running" the culture while stripping him of his black card. The "he didn't grow up with our culture" is nonsense, it's a straw man argument. The boy is biracial and has black american family members on his father's side, who were musicians. He literally grew up with black influence, be it socially or culturally in Memphis. But the "he's Canadian" shtick, doesn't change anything. His primary audience resides in the US, who listen to his music and last time I checked on Google, Toronto was a 4 hour drive from Detroit. People here act like Toronto is on the other hemisphere.
