If we're being real here I was actually willing to let that go but when he dropped The Heart Part 6 and borrowed suitcase gate from us I literally thought "Oh no Drake you're in over your head now huh?" I was really praying he'd post some DMs with Kendrick's team buying the suitcase off Facebook marketplace or something. When he couldn't post proof I knew he was f***ed. The daughter bait was genius if that was him but he should've known it would take more than that. Kendrick is a Reddit and Twitter darling bro they'll forgive that (and they have 100%)

The way Kendrick sounded on MTG totally sounded like someone who has anger issues. I'm with ya in the sense I could totally see something like "Drake was right" trending in the future.

The fact no one has denied anything says a lot for me. Even if Whitney and Kendrick made up and co-parent that still doesn't take away what he might have done.

But yeah, the more I think about it the more I think Drake was expecting Kendrick to respond to THP6. But even then Drake should have came back and dropped his evidence a week later when he knew Kendrick wasn't dropping.

Yeah I seen a youtube comment that summed it up that way. If Kendrick is capping on MTG and NLU why bother staying honest? F*** it lie your ass of on here, he literally says he was the one who shot Ross's plane down and that he's going to slit Kendrick's throat. It's leaning into the cap rap and when I read that I understood it but still. The public already decided Kendrick can lie and Drake can't, f***ed up but it is what it is, I wish he would've played it his own way tho and not took the lie route just because it worked for Kendrick

Yea is there a possibilty where Drake surprises everyone and drops a yellow tapes mixtape firing off on everyone ? yes. (I give it about 2% lmao). I think he really is over this s*** and realized he can lose A LOT in this process. Kendrick can only gain. Kendrick has gained financially, stardom, relevance, praise, adornation all off this one beef with Drake. I see what you're saying but he has to decide what he cares most about. Maintaining his status or his legacy being intact? I actually think Drake can comeback and take a W, even his biggest haters were d***riding Push Ups for 2 weeks. That's proof that if he can make something undeniably good even if they pretend to hate it the public will still listen. It's sort of like the election, Drake and Kendrick have their fans that will d***ride whatever they drop but there are undecided voters who they can win over. Kendrick had so many contradictions and slip ups throughout the beef I wish everyone was fair and not on d*** so we could really discuss it. How you ask Drake to keep it a friendly fade and then the next verse you say someone in his family will bleed? Then he got Joel Osteen and Joel Osment confused, if that was Drake Reddit would never shut up about mistakes like that. The daughter is the obvious f*** up but take that out and there's still nothing creative, SOA 2? Ok and? Kenny fans completely missing the point of why Drake fans are upset with Kendrick about MTG. Kenny took the moral highground when he has claimed himself he is not a good person or your savior. Kenny can't be offering to be Adonis' mentor when he knows he wouldn't be a great role model. Kenny allows himself to change but doesn't give Drake the same luxury? Also all the other things you pointed out that Kendrick has struggled with.

People want to bring up the CB line and it's not like Drake is on stage wearing a crown of thorns. Drake isnt trying to be this beacon to look up to. Kendrick can't talk about healing and other fake deep bullshit when he doesn't believe in it. He can't uplift the black community when he is willing to take another black person down because he doesn't like them.

He can't say he fixed generational trauma when he's still projecting that trauma onto Drake. Cheating on your fiancee multiple times and then saying it was because of childhood trauma is emotional manipulation at the very least. He's a walking contradiction and he knows it.

But because he raps about "real" things and uses actual singers people think it's some deep s***. When in reality he is using other people's trauma for his own benefit so he can sell records. It's like he doesn't want to get healthy because he knows he will have more material for a song. He wants the black community to still be fighting and struggling so he can still rap about their struggles and sell them records.

Sorry that was me venting. MTG broke a dam for me and I can't view Kenny the same way.

Why else would he post a picture of him looking at it AFTER Meet The Grahams dropped unless it was a bluff, and if it was I can't take Drake seriously anymore. Bro had a whole song dedicated to the red button and it was either Family Matters, a song we haven't heard yet, or not even true. I don't know which is worse

Regarding the Red Button though, the song itself is off SCH3 I don't think it has anything to do with Kendrick. I think it's more of an industry / exposing secrets type of s*** even though I agree its dumb for him to post that s*** AFTER dropping FM cause it makes no sense. People were also talking about Red Button is about Kanye but Kanye had absolutely jack s*** to do with this s*** outside of saying "DOT I GOT U". Drake is the one who said "Not even close" when a media journalist asked him "Red Button pushed?" so there's a lot of stuff that doesn't make sense. I feel like he got heat, real proof, something in the tuck but he's weighing his options whether he wants to tarnish his own reputation a bit in leaking/exposing stuff.
