When an album drops in it's first week, people will listen to way more than 1 song because there's an entire album's worth of content to consume but still, the fact that ASTROWORLD has 17 songs and SICKO MODE alone made up 15% of it's sales said a lot and was a clear hint that it was the standout track from the whole album and as time went on, that became clearer and clearer because people only kept revisiting the album to stream SICKO MODE.

And having a big song doesn't even guarantee you a successful music career. The world is full of one hit wonders, even Lil Nas X who had the biggest song in America is nowhere near trav level.
