only claims in the lawsuit that are worthwhile / possibly valid
1) UMG has a special relationship with Spotify and allows songs to have a lower per-stream payout in exchange for higher promotion. citations here are questionable though
2) Industry payola - cites past lawsuits UMG actually verifiably lost
3) mentions there was verifiable cause to believe there was restructuring after this to conceal what happened. mentions that this is likely an issue with Interscope as opposed to UMG.

just want to mention there's likely something here with claim 3 since Drake has a relationship with UMG through Republic. Drake is claiming he went through internal relationship with UMG to get this dealt with and UMG tried to blame Kendrick; UMG said they would even sue Kendrick themselves but Drake took the claim to UMG instead. This makes it seem like there's something going on behind the scenes with industry politics
