In y’all defense Drake has conditioned people to expect bangers as lead singles so I could see how something this chill and free form could throw people off but y’all been BEGGING for him to “do something different”, “go back to the old Drake”, “give us rnb” etc

He subverts expectations and does all 3 in one record and predictably y’all all lame out smh. Now don’t say s*** when the next project has like 10 Way too sexys

Its just the vocal performance thst doesnt match plus the beat is mid too. I meqn of course he cant do the same take care sound but at least an expansion of it would be nice. But then again, he can do whatever he want its his record 🤷🏻‍♂️

His voice has changed bro that’s been the case why would we expect him to pop out sounding like cleanly shaven Drake vocally all of a sudden that era is over

Also he uses autotune now not only for pitch correction but for aesthetic which changed the sound of his voice even further

Either embrace the change or set yourself up for disappointment everytime this man sings from now on

Also beat is far from mid sample is lush and everything else is just a vibe that serves as a nice backdrop for the theme Drake and Sza have going

Not everything has to be trying so hard to be Micheal bay explosion entertaining or 30 piece orchestra impressive all the time

This record is minimalistic modern Drake done right

Might be tripping but I really don't like the way sza be singing recently. Could be how her vocals are mixed. But this and the telekinesis feature and some songs on sos just sound grating to me ngl even though I kinda like her verse on here
