That game was one of the best of that generation, crazy it came so early in the systems life cycle. The protagonist's sister in that game

I remember last year there was a kickstarter for a game that was supposed to do this, got tons of heads turning just to turn out to be a ''concept'' with no real backing or developers lmao. Here's the trailer.

Also GTA: Atlanta would be dope. Because Atlanta is such a mix of suburbia and cityscapes. You could hop on the highway and do the dash, go terrorize a city, even kick doors on some straight robbing niggas s***.
I feel like next gen if they take what they started with RDR2 (allowing you to enter pretty much any building and NPCs being unique), they could make something truly special and never seen before with upgraded hardware or whatever

You could skip through the daytime if you want but you could also choose to play as Bruce and get involved in WayneCorp and it would influence Gotham politics etc. Or you could just spend that time tinkering in the batcave and practicing karate.
You could also choose to spend some nights smashing thots but if you did that too long the crime rate would go up.
It would be updated over the few year lifespan with new story lines.
Most of it would involve you just tracking down your own leads as Batman, you could choose to pursue some major scripted stories at your leisure, you could also decide how much money you wanted to put into teching out batman and getting full out war like on crime, or just stay in the shadows and stay a myth.
