yea, the current belief is that it recrystallizes into micro shards that get stuck in ur kidneys and scrape away the elasticity of it, making u have to piss way more. The damage is dose dependent and has really only been noticed in long term users that consume like 1g+ a day. but After acute usage you can really feel a difference (my experience at least), usually gets better after stopping usage. MSM supplements are supposed to preserve the elasticity of ur bladder and seem to work for me, been takin em last couple months.
If it’s just an occasional thing spitting the drip won’t really make a difference but if u f***in with k on the regular you def should be spitting. look in the cup at the end of the night and you can see the k part is thick af and different from the spit.
