They both can vary as far as duration goes but both are treatable with help. I don't believe it'll last forever. If so, that would be hell. When I had them I ended up in a psyche ward lol

Where you in a good setting and around people to watch you? I don't want go scare you but things like psychedelics and weed could reveal you might have a disorder brought out by the shrooms. I'd stay off em for a couple weeks and I definitely wanna try some
