You're right, I usually have enough control to redirect my thoughts whenever I feel a potential bad trip coming on. I guess I'm just afraid of getting trapped in negative thought loops about her moving on, that s*** makes me really insecure even when I'm sober.

I might be relying on shrooms too much, like I expect it to give me all the answers when I'll likely be in the same position after the trip. Guess I should just use the trip for reflection on what happened in the past so I can understand how I've hurt her and react better to situations with her/someone else in the future

I know I have some form of ADD/racing thoughts/overthinking and the addys definitely help a lot with it. It also boosts my mood and makes me more motivated.

Even with my insurance tho it's still pretty expensive so on days I don't have to work I try to not take it so I can stretch it out before I have to refill. The withdrawals aren't that bad for me but I do feel a hell of a lot lazier and less motivated those days. Plus sometimes it's a b**** to fall asleep/stay asleep even if I take them in the morning.
