I have taken the 3 year immune therapy but they still kick my ass

im allergic to dust and a certain tree pollen s*** sucks

that sucks ass, you can never get rid of dust mites

kinda related but one of my girl cousin are allergic to apples, do you know hoiw much food even non sweets use at least a bit of apple, or how its not even listed half the time its just under "sweeteners"? s***s worst than a peanut or milk allergy.

apple is like the main thing used in any type of food product its wild

omly thing worst is probably only a water allergy

yea i just finished all my weekly shots now im on maintenance shots which is every 2 weeks but ima just pull up whenever tbh

I'm allergic to dust-mites, mold, all stone fruits, strawberries, f***ing gluten, probably lactose and yeast intolerant.

Thankful enough the dust/mold allergy is not that bad, I had it since I was a kid, it makes my nose feel funny but that's all.

But gluten..lactose and yeast...BREH I can't eat pizzas, can't eat ANYthing that uses grain flour (breads, and all good baked stuff), yeast (beer, wine and other s***), lactose..no cheese, I miss cheese, I miss pizzas..it is what it is

i was doing mine and then covid happened so i just never went back

I got a pollen allergy confirmed but I think there's some other s*** out there I only recently started getting f***ed up by in the last couple years. Gives me this choking on air sensation

They do immune therapy where you get exposed to dust for 2 years thru shoots, hoping that it will make you immune.

I did and it did not work

I live in a crammed 2 bedroom apartment with my partner.
We have a shower in the bedroom.
Changing sheets and vacuuming, and sometimes ironing, the bed takes so f***ing long and is so much work.

And even when I does that, I still get a stuffy nose and a sour throat in the mornings.

It was easier to keep the place clean when I lived here alone, but my mood was so low

Just clean the whole apartment, vacuum, washing the floor, vacuum the bed stuff and also ironing it and washing the covers.

The most annoying thing is that it’s allot of work and it’s not even sure I will feel any benefits from.

Need someone to come up with a cure for the dust-mite allergy

Does anyone have experience with using dehumidifiers to remove dust-mites from your home?
