I get where you’re coming from, those guys are definitely talented and have perfected their craft but I find Earls messages to be much more reflective of real life, making them more relatable. I’ve never been a coke dealer, so as much as Freddie and Push spit some crazy s***, just doesn’t connect the same. I guess it really depends on what you as the listener want out of the music you listen to.
Yeah I agree, I don’t really vibe with Earl like that, I just find his music too depressive, he is talented but I prefer his older stuff tbh. IDLSIDGO is a hard listen but I think that his peak for me
