When did Earls voice get deeper?

I just relistened to a couple songs off of IDLSIDGO and then a couple favs from Sick! and his voice got quite deeper.

Its interesting cuz on SRS, most of the album is his deeper voice but on a few tracks like December 24 and Loosie, you can hear his Doris/IDLSIDGO voice.
