Really wish Vince had appeared atleast once on this but I'm not mad

I feel like an idiot cause I’m just not connecting with it. Like it’s good for what it’s doing and there’s a couple tracks I’ll go back to, but it’s just not what attracted me to his work initially. It was all about the mood and atmosphere before. Now it’s like these sleepy rough drafts. The production is good but at the same time it doesn’t really register completely because it never has time to build or switch up in any way. It’s like Earl writes one long run on sentence verse. He drops in and drops out before you notice. He sounds like he would rather be doing anything else. Maybe that worked on SRS (that never fully resonated with me either), but it feels dull in any other context. You can quote plenty of good lines, but I rarely feel as if I take any of them in anymore cause the delivery is so neutered. I’m glad everyone else is enjoying it though.
