27 Braids might top that album emotionally, raw thoughts on that one. I feel you on it being more experimental but it also makes it more of a mood album, this is just 11 perfect songs I’m partial to albums like that

All I know is the bars are better here, the mixing and presentation is immaculate it’s the best Earl has ever sounded, his delivery is amazing, he’s putting on a rapping clinic

And I like the experimental sound of SRS but I think with these beats and like I said the presentation and mixing, Alchemist managed to make an amazing showcase of Earl at his best.

Like I get the emotional and experimental aspects of SRS, but there’s no way this isn’t technically better, just looking at it as beats and raps. Idk if many albums are

SRS took a year to hit me, i gave that album a lot of plays for sure

Not sure if you guys know but his London listening party show for the album with Alc yesterday was absolutely atrocious. He went on stage at 2.30am and performed half of Making the Band and then left. He was there for about 30 seconds. Other people think he seemed d***ged up too.

With him also not posting anything about the album on social media I think he might be going through it

But yeah absolute joke for all in attendance specifically to see him.
