The band sampled on My Brother The Wind have cleared a whole bunch of samples before, songs sampling songs from the exact same album that Alch used for this album

They’ve even cleared Alchemist songs before. It’s not sample clearance.

Estates/bands/legal teams don’t usually stop clearing samples if they’ve already started.

They wouldn’t clear samples for Ye, Logic, Freddie Gibbs, Talib, Alchemist once before but then be like actually not Earl. we aren’t clearing anymore.
