Hit me with some easy recipe lunches that are filling and decently 'healthy', simple to make
I hate being that guy that never brings his own lunch to work
Ideally this can be meal prep and I make the same thing I eat for 3 times in the work week

Would I just make enough rice for 3 meals and refrigerate??
Marinate some chicken and onions in a bag (I like to use home made teriyaki sauce).
Pan fry the chicken WITH the teriyaki sauce.
Sauté the onions, garlic, and shallots ..
Then pan fry the chicken, then add the teriyaki sauce to the pan and let it simmer so the alcohol can boil out of the mirin and sake.
Use rice or noodles (I use glass noodles because they are easy to cook).
If you want to be fancy you can add beef or shrimp to the dish too.

Do you use cooked frozen chicken??
I do oatmeal and eggs mixed in a protein shake for morning break and then make my own burgers and have some cucumbers/carrots/ and sweet bell peppers on the side for lunch and then last break usually an apple with a yogurt
I don't have much time to eat in the morning and I'm a slow ass eater so I figured I'd try the shake route and it works pretty good. Scramble up 2 eggs the night before and then add em with some oatmeal in an electric cup mixer thingy and pour it in a shaker cup
Used to buy some chicken salad at Trader Joe’s and make a couple wraps to eat throughout the week

typically what i'd do tbh.
Will often just season/sauce the rice at this point so it's well distributed then freeze/refrigerate it
