Nah but on the real there is not only a benefit to nature in reducing red meat consumption, but also physical health benefits. It's something worth considering, way more pros than cons

I love beef but I’ll try to cut back on it tho. Maybe try to cut back to eating a steak once every pay period. Burgers I f*** with but I could go without. It’s just steak I be craving

Been replacing my usual bacon/sausage wrap/english muffin with the vegan alternatives.

Nice! Last month I splurged and got some Just Egg patty things and made an english muffin style breakfast sandwich, super tasty stuff. Even threw a little faux bacon on there
