Boiled I agree but scrambled/omelette

When you get a hard boiled egg from a convenience store and the yolk has a little grey on it.

I do like eggs, im quite fond of carbonara.

I find the umami present in yolk to be very unique and I find it hard to replace.

Also fresh pasta made with egg is very nice

That being said I don't ever find myself craving a boiled egg or scrambled eggs etc. It's mostly me using it an an ingredient
