Eggs taste great, are reasonably healthy, quite filling, easy to make, and extremely versatile

Im the complete opposite with cheese. I f*** with cheese boards and stuff, but sometimes it just bothers me. I think it’s the waxy texture some cheese have.

If you melt it or make a sauce, I’ll put that s*** on anything.

Eggs and cheese is god-tier for me, though.

I don’t mean to sound pretentious but a s*** ton of food in the west has degraded quality becuase of mass farming plus chemicals and s***

Actual eggs from grass fed chickens who arent cramped in tiny cages taste delicious, imagine the normal egg flavor yk but 3 times more indulgent.

Not only eggs but a s*** ton of foods in the west are like this too. Pineapples, veggies, oranges, tangerines etc it’s like the flavor is diluted

There is so much nuance man.

I can smell "bad eggs" , they almost emit more sulfur.

Farm eggs I find have more nuance in the yolk as well.

There are a lot of farmers markets around me, it's actually cheaper to get farm eggs where im at. People really should do it more if they have the option
