Lmao bought this and played for like 3 hours and havent touched it since. Inb4 yOu sUcK..
Yeah I do. Not into the super hardcore difficulty thing. I knew that about the game going in, but I still wanted to try it out cuz the bosses and environments looked dope. Wish it had an easy mode. Idc lol I'm getting older, when I wanna enjoy a game and dont feel like dealing with the stress of the challenge I put that s*** on easy mode and still enjoy the game. Maybe I'll try and tackle this again sometime so2n the road. This would have been good to play during the pandemic when I was off for hella long.
You gotta want to beat it thats the gist of it.
Theres ways to make it alot easier but in the end it needs to feel like an accomplishment to make you understand why so many people fancy these games.
Easy mode would be like skipping to the last page of a book you would also think the book wasnt as good then
But if you really want to there should be some easy mode mods out there
Also dont let anybody shame you in the end you bought the game you can do with it whatever the fucn you want. Who knows maybe youll love it in easy mode and end up wanting to play it normal way and then I would call that a dub
Um so yeah I need that DLC announcement havent started the game in like 3 months but I want to start a new character for the dlc
I doubt you could even imagine it;
that which commanded the stars,
giving life its fullest brilliance.
The Elden Ring. Oh, Elden Ring!
Shattered, by someone,
or something.
Don't tell me you don't see it.
Look up at the sky! It burns!
I thought this s*** sucked ngl.
I played it right after beating The Witcher 3 and it just felt so shallow in comparison.
I played about 25 hours and there was no discernible story. Just walking around, killing monsters, leveling up, killing more monsters, rinse and repeat. Snoozer.

I mean it’s not a story-driven rpg like Witcher lol, you played yourself if you thought this was gonna be like Witcher or elder scrolls or something

From Soft's story telling is wayyy different from your normal rpg. You have to dig deep to understand whats going on. That being said not many people play their games for the story

Geralt feels like he's on ice 90% of the time and the combat lacks literally any weight. The opening boss fight in elden ring has more depth than anything in the witcher lmao

you should cut your hands off cuz you don’t deserve to ever play games again

Yea that s*** is wack I prefer games with an actual plot and characters
No weight on anything you do without a story

Game of the f***in decade so this s*** aint wack
it just isn't for you
Although the atmosphere and lore behind it at all is great, you play Fromsoft games for the combat, boss fights and exploration before anything else

GTA 6 and Elder Scrolls 6 will definitely hold the one and two spots for games of the decade. Elden Ring might still be top 5 though

What?
that’s like saying Mario 64 isn’t a classic because there’s almost no story
Some games can be focused on action or platforming and only have a light story and still be incredible adventures, but I definitely prefer story games like the Witcher personally.

Bethesda's been dead and GTA will be fun like always but I think the only thing that could knock ER off the top spot is another From game. S***s are just too fun.

Bethesda not even close to dead lol, elder scrolls 5 is arguably the best yet. Aside from the critical acclaim and the awards, it’s the 2nd best selling rpg of all time.
The hype for elder scrolls 6 is insane, and they have a bigger budget and team now than ever before. It’s gonna be game of the life tbh

I think Elder Scrolls is their baby and they're gonna go crazy with 6. And if you saw the leaks, you know GTA 6 will be insane.

It's a goofy criticism. Judging Elden Ring based off story elements is like judging The Witcher off its boss fights.
