"Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated," said Mr. Musk. "I also want to make Twitter better than ever by enhancing the product with new features, making the algorithms open source to increase trust, defeating the spam bots, and authenticating all humans. Twitter has tremendous potential – I look forward to working with the company and the community of users to unlock it."

    First of all: doubt

Second of all, it's still only 9%, realistically the only thing that's gonna happen is now he got his name and his pockets attached to the libtard sjw censorship

He’s literally the biggest stakeholder… other big stakeholders like Vanguard and Blackrock and other investment groups probably don’t give a s*** about terms of service/freedom of speech so I can’t see why they can’t be changed.

Ofc they do, the tos are what keeps the platform profitable

Platforms like twitter aren't censoring because of some ideological goal, they're just doing it because not censoring would turn it into something that wouldn't make them any money

Not censoring at all is different from banning certain people. Twitter has not been doing good for years now, a change in direction isn’t unthinkable

    “It’s only 9%”

This is why y’all shouldn’t speak on topics that you aren’t familiar with.
