Honestly Alot of tech employees coddled compared to the average folk. And that's all good when their companies swimming in profit but when there's a downturn they gonna see a little of the pain and squeeze the rest of us do.

it's the opposite of this, he knows exactly what he's doing. he's purposefully trying to get them to quit so he can reduce expenditures abroad from the business. he can't just mass layoff workers due to labor laws in ireland, but if you look at what he did in india, etc. (where those laws don't exist) he's trying to indirectly replicate that with the EU offices
