if there's no knowledge theres a very high likelihood that any sort of production issue would be very hard to recover from since the people that know what to do quickly will be gone

i havent used the platform for years so i couldn't care less, i think social media as a whole is one of humanities greatest mistakes

and i think its mainly like small features that have been having issues recently--but its obviously going to be more and more stressful for the few people there to maintain such a large website and rush out new features and be one of the few remaining people to be expected to fix everything
