The first article you linked to doesn't make any inference that Elon founded the company or had a hand in creating the Roadster outside of fundraising and joining their board of directors.
It even says that the original founders were the ones with plans for the Roadster:
Originally, Eberhard and Tarpenning dreamed of building an entirely electric sports car. In 2006 they unveiled the prototype for their Tesla Roadster which entered production in 2008.
“Musk took an active role within the company and oversaw Roadster product design at a detailed level, but was not deeply involved in day-to-day business operations.“

It’ll never cease to amaze me that one of the single wealthiest men ever is hell bent on winning the hearts of Twitter nerds that make wojak comics like this praising him
The dems pushed Hillary & Joe on on us, when we could have had Bernie 2 times
F*** the dems & their stupid ass liberal agenda
Like, $43B and you want to f***ing buy Twitter? Man if you’re not going to do anything about the environment, homelessness, income inequality, the pandemic and vaccine distribution, labor movements (lmao as if he’d ever help there) or any number of things that are even remotely altruistic, at least do something cool and build Atlantis or some s***
Liberals in 2022 😂
https://twitter.com/voicesbyzane/status/1518576372213596163Muh echo chamber
it's actually shocking that said post about unbanning trump is something i'm fully expecting to be echoed by liberal pundits come election time, if it has not already started
Elon joined a company that had nothing going and turned it into f***ing Tesla
Incredible
Actually imagine $43B worth of modular synths
Elon you have the opportunity to make the craziest experimental electronic album of all time what the f*** are you doing
Sigh.

The rest is history.
Tesla would be nothing without Elon, he didn’t “buy it” from anyone. There was nothing to Tesla before Elon.
Just because he wasn’t the one to come up with the name of the company doesn’t mean he is not a founder.
This video goes more in detail about it for anyone interested. It starts right away and is straight to the point with no facts left out. You don't have to watch the first because it just proves Elon didn't found PayPal

That line isn't in the article you linked
I did a search and all it brought back was the Tesla Wikipedia article lol
Even then, the quote from Wikipedia literally says he wasn't involved in day-to-day business operations...what do you think that means? You're saying he was a founder but wasn't deeply involved? Make it make sense
The reality is that Elon as chairman of the board asked one of the original founders to step down. Elon became CEO and took credit for Tesla's foundation, which led to this lawsuit:

I'm getting Joe Budden to make an album and Dre gonna release Detox.
Is trump going to be allowed back yes or no?
Obviously

I mean it says right in that article that the other founder who started the whole lawsuit says Elon is a founder
I’m going to trust the founders of the company & not a KTT user or a YouTube video
“On Monday, a Tesla representative said that Eberhard and other principals in the dispute have come to an agreement. The company did not reveal any details of the resolution, except to say that there are now five, rather than two, agreed-upon "founders" of Tesla.
In addition to Eberhard, other founders include current CEO and chief product architect Elon Musk, current chief technology JB Straubel, Marc Tarpenning, and Ian Wright.”
Y’all a bunch of dummies!!
Elon is a founder of the real Tesla that started making cars, anyone who tells you otherwise doesn't know s***
Except the founders, which Elon wasn’t
Cringe
The way Elon pisses people off should be studied
