moshThe first article you linked to doesn't make any inference that Elon founded the company or had a hand in creating the Roadster outside of fundraising and joining their board of directors.
It even says that the original founders were the ones with plans for the Roadster:

I did a search and all it brought back was the Tesla Wikipedia article lolEven then, the quote from Wikipedia literally says he wasn't involved in day-to-day business operations...what do you think that means? You're saying he was a founder but wasn't deeply involved? Make it make sense
The reality is that Elon as chairman of the board asked one of the original founders to step down. Elon became CEO and took credit for Tesla's foundation, which led to this lawsuit:
