    le epic poster xD

it says the emails were sent to executive staff i think it makes sense that people at those level should be going to the office

    This exactly

Imagine that the proles of your work have been coming in person for months during a pandemic, and the dudes making 6, 7, 8 figures have been allowed to stay working at home

Y’all really getting on this man about workers rights, when the workers in question in this case are hyper wealthy lol

If the job has no clear tangible results then wtf is the point of it, as superior, you should easily be able to tell if the work is getting done or not.

He’s not right at all. The way you can tell of workers are doing their jobs is if the tasks they are supposed to do are completed on time. It’s that simple.

LOL dont mean to be the 4th reply, and besides those stating the obvious, they do have tools to make sure you are working. enterprise companies that is. my boy has to plug a usb in to his device and tap it every 20 minutes or so otherwise his computer locks up. this is also to keep some stuff confidential and fend against possible information theft, but yea. i guess you still can f*** off and just tap the thing every 20 mins.
