Okay so I'm having trouble making a header in my posts. Like if I do

#HELP#

That doesn't work. But when I space it out to

HELP

with the spaces it doesn't work that way either. Then I try doing it on just one side like
#HELP and

HELP

And that doesn't work either.

just start the line with a #

doesnt need to go at the end

but it only works if you're using it for headings. it doesn't work just to make text big
