They needed to get the feeling that they aren't enjoying something blacks created.

That's why they tried so hard to say "it's just music I don't see color" but as soon as something affects the black community its on us.

They do the same with black athetles when we win the Olympics, America won, we all won.

But as soon as we kneel all that we all Americans s*** is out the window

I think em fans are not even conscious of the fact they are racist. Sometimes their top 5 is like 5 white rappers and they just don’t get why. Believe it or not the rap is like a mountain comment is probably not meant in a racist way, I always felt like it meant look at how good eminem is, in a twisted way.

Europe host a lot of old school rap fans, krs one talks about how he gets mad love in Europe (go to 4:20sec)

Artists from grandmaster flash to rah digga and Lauryn hill, still tour Europe (various countries) and get MAD love.
Em "stans" (emphasize stans not normal loyal fans) are different, you'll probably won't catch them at any of these events nor any of these artist songs because their priority is em, not hip hop.
Em is of course still global, on the same scale Britney spears is still global. =>most of their fans are pop/rock casuals that have a preference for em/Britney and grew up on them, mtv broadcasted them to the world whilst lowballing artists of color

So yeah several artists can go global and maintain their core audience, not all for the same reason though
