    Cant pick

Do you think maybe you don't see the influence that rage might have on kids because you are a little older and the people around you are less easy to influence because of that ?

I see videos of little ass kids ripping vapes to Yeat the bad influence is still there

It died when labels made it sound like Tik Tok music

Kid Laroi, 24kgoldn, Iann Dior, etc.

I think it died here when it really started to sound manufactured

Usually Yeat says something like "bibaliboop baliboop" so idk where kids are getting that

Juice an suicide boys the only emo rappers I liked

Vs yeat, Carti, ken carson, couple others

I think emo rap had more potential but I gotta go with rage atm

Rage music blows. It’s solely for in-person/concert experiences

    And working out/driving around

Rage by a landslide, emo rap got a bunch of kids to pop xans and get face tats and ruin their lives

They were stupid to begin with

Idk if it’s the songs I heard but i hate the way the emo songs blend together

The hook is the verse, and the melodic flow be in the same key and cadence for a full 4minute hook of depression.

Honestly I really hate what came out of the emo rap scene. Some great music but so much loss and fetishization of depression. I was also way too old for it by the time it peaked. I think if I was younger and related to it more I would be much more nostalgic for it.

Rage is ridiculous but I enjoy it more because I like the energy there.

Emo Rap could also be related to OG Gangsta Rap, cause them niggas was emotional as f***.

Emo rap has higher highs but “rage” has a higher floor tho, basically every rage song sounds at least decently fun while the worst of emo rap is quite boring and maudlin

  • Aug 14, 2022

If Rage is WLR Carti and Yeat etc.. then rage imo
