Then when we went to Paris in the summer I took her to a private little area at the Vaux-le-Vicomte chateau and proposed (beautiful and more intimate version of Versailles if you want to check it out when you’re in Paris). It was at night. In the summer they do a firework show at that chateau, so I planned it all out to be right before the firework show and we got to see that right after

Again, I saw that all when I went there on a study abroad trip when I was in college too though, so I didn’t think of all my of that myself necessarily haha

But, imagine if you would never have done that trip abroad. The way it all comes together. What makes it sweet is that you remembered that one moment and thought this would be perfect for your proposal. It's the mindfulness of it all for me. 🥹
