bro you are looking at 5 figure dental bills in your 30s and 40s if you don't take care of this s*** asap

it's so easy to brush and floss at least once a day and get fillings done when needed.

c'mon dawg your body isn't a rental, stop treating it like that

You’re right I cant even lie that I’ve been too casual about this

    Got all 4 taken out

Remember sitting in the chair. They were putting me out.

Thought s*** this stuff isn’t working, give me more. I said give me more. Next thing I know I’m in the car getting driven away by my mom

    That s*** ain’t no joke

Took pain killers for a day, then instantly got off those the next day. Ate soft foods for a week. Was fine

Its legit haha I woke up in the office after asking when the surgery started, they said it just happened

I cant lie I was to be addicted to opiates 4 years ago and Ive been clean since. I hear and see these stories of people that know they have an addiction background and heroically decide not to take any painkillers ror their surgery. But f*** that s*** I can’t rawdog pain like that.

Real. But you don't have to worry imo, there really isn't as much pain as you would think. I stopped taking the painkillers after a day, and I probably didn't need them at all tbh. It's mostly just an annoyance getting food and s*** stuck in those empty tooth sockets

hey better late than never snapping to it

ive recently gone to a new dentist cuz my wife is dealing with a huge amount of work due to having braces done improperly when she was a teenager. (we're looking at 11-13k in work over the course of a year+) this new dentist blows my mind man. they have a camera they stick in your mouth and a TV on the ceiling so you really see exactly how bad your s*** is. I've been aight with my dental hygiene but I still needed 5 fillings done when I went to this place, the last place I was going to said I was 100% healthy. ridiculous s***. so keep an eye out for that type of equipment when you get your work done.

  • Dont do it theyre tryna take ur wisdom from you op

Yeah facts this whole ordeal makes me want to take my dental health way more seriously. In 2017 they told me I had cavities on every single one of my teeth and I havent done s*** about that either lol

?? You will have dentures in your 40s

  • Dec 23, 2022

Yes and I regret it, wish I still had them.
Have nostalgic memories of it though, my surgery was the day FFXV dropped and I got the next few days off to recover and enjoy the game.

    Its f***ed up.

You're making the right choice being put under.

    F***.

  • Dec 23, 2022

Yup when I was like 17

S*** was hell cause some of mine were impacted, the s*** they gave me to numb the pain wore off in the middle of it smh.

And then the aftermath was terrible too but then after the soreness was gone I was straight

  • Dec 23, 2022

Yeah, wasn't bad at all. Went to sleep for a bit and woke up not too long later.

No pain at all. Ended up selling the pills they gave me.

  • Dec 23, 2022

Was supposed to get mines taken out not too long but wasn't reacting well to the lidocaine/local anesthesia. This was on two separate occasions, so it's pretty embarrassing. Must've been nervous

  • Dec 23, 2022

The worse pain is after the first day lol

  • Dec 23, 2022

Yes got 4 taken out, was put to sleep for it and woke up what felt like a second later being wheeled to the car

Was basically painless and was back to normal 2 days later

I’m convinced this is all a simulation

  • I had to go to the hospital to get mine removed because of what you described, minus the smell. You should be fine by Tuesday. Don’t worry about it, they’ll get you right.

  • You might not even feel it afterwards either. I didn’t. You’ll just feel a bunch of numbness for a while. Just don’t be smoking n s*** for a couple weeks.

  • And rinse with salt water a few times a day as well

  • Dec 23, 2022

I still haven’t had mine removed yet but I need to get it handled

  • Dec 23, 2022

    Yep, twice.

  • Dec 23, 2022

    I removed six of them.
2 at the bottom and 4 up (I got two extras)

Sedated, chilling at crib after with some ice cream and it was painless

doing all four tomorrow with local anaesthesia

  • Jun 8, 2023

    hell nah

    i got my wisdom

  • Jun 8, 2023

    yea, its not that bad
mine was the worst, i had all 4 taken out, and 2 of them were impacted, meaning they were growing sideways
they gave me a valium before the surgery because i said i had "anxiety"
i was high as f***, s*** wasnt that bad, people blow it out of proportion
also people are scared of the sedation because they might say some stupid s***, but as long as youve been on the line of blackout, youll be fine
