It’s snowing in colorado and I went and got a spicy margarita, tacos, and coffee and churros for dessert. Probably sat in the restaurant for an hour and a half just f***ing around/trying to get some work done. beat being at home. 10/10 experience

im the complete opposite
i dont see the point in sitting down at a fast food spot rather just go through the drive through and eat it at home but at a fancy spot its also about the atmosphere etc so id rather sit down and eat at the restaurant

my biggest issue w eating w ppl is they like to f***ing take their time and turn a lunch/dinner into a 2hour + event.

most of the time I’m just tryna eat and get the f*** out ASAP.

also I’m the type of person who will just get food on my own if the homies are gonna eat something I ain’t feelin.

hate spending money on food o don’t like.

also low key hate using delivery apps cause most foods taste better hot and fresh, esp cheaper/fast foods which got like 5-10min before s*** taste stale.

just not a big fan of lukewarm, steamy/soggy (cause the closed containers) foods

and I dunno if it’s just an Oakland thing but i swear to god everyone who delivers my food look grimey af lol.

I work at a restaurant, the median age of people who sit by themselves is about 40-45 years old

Tbh its kind of frustrating not being able to do certain things because of the lone customer who decided to order for here instead of to go nbd tho

its like so common, really not a big deal. why wait around on other people

Unless it has a bar and I’m either waiting for something to get done(mechanic, picking someone up from work) I won’t ever eat by myself especially at a table

Doing things solo is actually great. Would highly recommend seeing a critically acclaimed movie like that.
