love this song it was one of the song that got me into it i love how it blends a super pop almost 80s hook verse and then adds their edge to it (all in all put into a metal album, that’s how rich it is)
they are similar to mr. bungle right?
yehh the singer even rocks a mr bungle shirt in that epic video/

this the hardest question to answer lol
u gotta understand fnm is a band that goes from this:
to this:
2007, Mike Patton provides screams and other vocalizations for the vampiric monsters in the film I Am Legend. He also makes his debut doing work for videogames, providing the work for the titular evil presence in The Darkness. The same year, he would provide vocal elements for the final boss fight with the maniacal AI/computer GLaDOS in Portal. Later he voices the character Rikki Kixx on the Adult Swim cartoon Metalocalypse and the zombies in videogame Left 4 Dead.
bruh

they referred to that song originally as the carpenters song and once u know that and listen to the start of the song it makes sense lol so it’s even crazier in hindsight how they flip in a piano that’s so carpenters but switch into their metal s*** - again who else pulls that off like that
