“Fallout 5 is coming after ES6” - Todd Howard
New interview with Todd:
"Fallout's really part of our DNA here. We've worked with other developers from time to time – I can't say what's gonna happen”
He also later implies he can’t commit to anything but wants to find a way to accelerate the release of fallout 5, perhaps another reference to the idea of working together with Obsidian or other studios:
“Again, if I could wave my hand and have Fallout 5 out – you know, I'd like to find a way to accelerate what we do, but I can't really say today or commit to anything, like what's going to happen when."

Rather not after 76.
Dont even want elder scrolls 6 until they fix some s***
You didn’t like Skyrim?
Fallout 5 will be nothing like 76

It was alright. I honestly had more fun with oblivion
It was alright. I honestly had more fun with oblivion
That’s fair I enjoyed both a lot
Also wanted to mention that it seems like Fallout 5 will have the dialogue system of Fallout 3, which is great because fallout 4 was a bad direction
New Vegas 2 w/ reunited Obsidian
or Fallout 5 in Anchorage, Alaska
either way, sometime after Starfield
Playing through fallout 4 now it’s not as bad I remember but the performance definitely needs to be improved.
Hopefully they have an improved engine by then or for use on Starfield/ES6. Better shooting mechanics if they really wanna make it more action oriented.
I’d prefer no voice acting for the protagonist to have better RPG elements, have your SPECIAL stats matter beyond perks. Less forced storyline, I never gave af about Shaun in FO4.
Build a new f***ing engine or keep it, enough is enough with Bethesda
They did. Starfield, ES6 and fallout 5 will all be on their new engine
This thread early af
Be on ktt3 by then
2030 at the earliest they got 76 and haven’t even dropped starfield or scrolls
they’re separate teams
that’s how they released Oblivion in 2006, fallout 3 in 2008, Skyrim in 2011, etc
