i’m on Xbox so i got every Yakuza game on Gamepass only beaten 7 and 0 tho

Yeah but xbox game pass has s*** ton of stuff older games that were exclusive to PS1, PS2, N64, Steam, etc... They've published so much stuff from a lot of the major 3rd party developers that ran the late 90s and 2000s

Those are the things im interested in. I dont really care about Microsoft's modern first-party library at all other than the MCC. But im sure there are a lot of original Xbox and 360 titles on there that i'd like to revisit or play for the first time tho

PSN Now/Plus, whichever one it is, has several cult classic and slept on RPGs from the PS2 era, but not nearly as many as they should tbh.

It's cool to see stuff like Arc the Lad, Dark Cloud, and Rogue Galaxy on there, but it seems PSN has literally gone out of its way to hide the legacy titles on their store...

Like up until 6 months ago, you had to go to the Games tab and go all the way to the right and click on "Console Classics" (or whatever it was called) to see their PS1 and PS2 titles. But i spent a good 15 minutes the other day scraping every corner of the PSN store and literally couldnt find a link to that collection anywhere

Xbox has seemed to take the complete opposite approach, which is nice to see

Ill check it out, just to see what stuff they have. Especially since its on PC. Steam is great but theres a ton of old stuff they dont have for whatever reason.

Btw, after googling to find the list of games on available on XGP, it seems that the Games Pass for PC has a different library than the one on Xbox console.

Not like wildly different, but it looks like there are certain titles that are exclusive to each one. And thats why they have the "Game Pass Ultimate" subscription plan to get the best of both, f***ing greedy a******s

Yeah not unexpected. I'm guessing they're gonna make most of their money from Halo multiplayer and s*** over retro games anyway right?

Oh they for sure make most of their money from newer titles period, not just halo and stuff.

But the XBLA on 360 had a huge cukt following back in the day (what a dope library that was), and the Rare Remastered collection from around that same time actually did decently in sales i think.

But yeah, probably nowhere near the numbers they gets from new releases on the services
