I was like wait a minute, I don’t remember their sound evolving this much between albums. Totally forgot about Faith. Listened to it today and it maybe my favorite from their early stuff at the moment. It’s a nice balance between what they were doing and what they were about to do and overall it’s just a total mood.

P***ography is just so damn good and consistent it’s hard to beat but yeah Disintegration is up there too. I do like a lot of their later sweeter stuff. Used to listen to Kiss Me and Wish all the time.

It’s not too vague like Sopranos, and it’s not too dreadful-in the face like Breaking Bad, and it’s not too ‘and the life goes on’ without any closure like The Wire
It’s properly symbolic, properly continuous, connected with real life monumental event, such a beautiful closer
